Industry standards dictate a no return and no refund policy on customized items. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority and you may report manufacturing issues or product defects by email to CustomGoods.com@gmail.com. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of having received and inspected your order. We’re happy to make necessary corrections and will ship your corrected order to you via our ground service.

We understand mistakes happen, even to us! Please be sure to request and review your artwork proof before confirming your order and contact our art department with corrections. Please understand we cannot make changes once your order is in production.

Blank orders are eligible for returns, and full or partial refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.

CustomGoods.com reserves the right to refuse returns.
