Bulk Custom T-Shirt Order Checklist

A useful bulk shirt order starts with a clear garment and size breakdown. Use this checklist to prepare a business, school, team or event order before you approve the artwork and final configuration.

1. Choose the garment

Decide whether the order uses the IRR / First Quality custom tee configuration or one of the branded apparel styles. IRR garments may have manufacturing imperfections and variable brands or shades. Review the exact product description and order conditions.

2. Collect color and size quantities

Ask each participant for the size of the selected garment style, not just a usual size from a different brand. List the required colors and quantities for every size, then enter the available combinations in the product’s quantity table.

3. Confirm the same design and placements

Identify the artwork and print locations used across the order. Quantity-based printing prices can depend on the configuration and whether the artwork and placements match. Review the pricing displayed for the selected product; different garment styles do not automatically share the same price table.

4. Review the whole cost

Check garment charges and decoration charges together. Blank shirt pricing does not include printing. Review any additional print locations and the shipping, tax or pickup arrangements applicable to the order.

5. Check artwork and timing

Confirm the proof requirements, garment availability and any required event date before relying on a production schedule. Review the order change and returns conditions before production.
